- Blue was selected as the main color, which is widely used on popular platforms in Indonesia, to provide a sense of trust from familiarity to target users.
- Reflecting the strong preference for a specific airline(Garuda, the Indonesian national airline) of the target users, airline information was placed very big and clearly.
- Automatic fill-up information of the names and passport numbers from a photo was included in the app, but information was also provided to allow users to check which part of the passport means what, considering concerns about personal information.

- Produced by double-translating the storyboard written in Korean into English→Indonesian
- English translation and names were added to text layers and other resource names to make them easily accessible to the Korean developers
